William (Bill) Freitag was most helpful and he left me feeling that I definitely needed to give him a shout out telling him how much I appreciated his assistance this morning. The claims rep was great, once he got the claim he showed up for the inspection within a day, responded immediately when I had questions and had the claims check sent out within a week so I could get started on repairs.
