I especially want to recognize my adjuster for providing such excellent customer service. He has been extremely professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and patient in answering all of my question and phone calls even when he was off duty. He followed up with me in less than 48 hours, and the roof inspector also arrived at my home in a timely manner.
Throughout this process, I have felt that my concerns were taken seriously and that my claim was being handled with care and attention. I truly appreciate the prompt communication, professionalism, and efficiency demonstrated by everyone involved.
