Today I had a pretty stressful event caused by my own error. Customer service rep, Bill F made everything really simple to correct. As a bonus he did it with swift efficiency and kindness . Thanks again to Bill and the rest of his team!

This morning, i had the pleasure of dealing with 2 very Customer focused employees, Madonna, and Supervisor Adam and I want to commend them both for handling my stress-filled call in an extremely tolerant and professional manner. They defused my anxiety of catching up on payments, and Adam was able to suggest enrollment in AutoPay, which even reduced my payments. I've had many phone interactions with Cumberland agents, they have all been very professional, and today's call was exceptional.
