We hope these expanded payment options provide convenience and customization to fit your needs. Below are the new payment methods available for automatic and one-time payments!

Your independent agent can help! Agents have the ability to set up your Automatic Payment account, change pay plans, update payment method details, or cancel enrollment. Your agent can also process one-time payments and check your billing details such as due dates, amount due, and payment history.

Due to inclement weather the Bridgeton, New Jersey office will be closed on Monday, January 6th. However, all staff will remain available. Payments, claims, and other customer service inquires can still be made by phone or on our website.

On February 23rd, 2024 Cumberland Mutual reached our 180th anniversary. We celebrated this milestone on Tuesday, March 26th with our Independent Agents, Board of Directors, and Employees at our corporate headquarters.
